Untitled (From the Chaos Series)
Reza Nosrati (b. 1981) lives and works in Tehran,Iran. Focusing primarily on rendering images fromthe natural world, Nosrati creates symbolic oilpaintings that present these images in an abstractmanner. He received his BFA and MFA in Paintingfrom Shahed University and is a member of theIranian Painters Association. His work has been thesubject of eight solo exhibitions throughout Iran,and numerous group exhibitions in Toronto,Istanbul, and Tehran, including a biennial at theTehran Museum of Contemporary Art.
